Students may cancel their enrollment for a course by submitting a written cancellation request via email to our support team before the course begins.
For digital products (online courses, eBooks, webinars), once the course or digital content is accessed, cancellation is no longer allowed and fees are non-refundable.
Payments made for online courses, digital content, training, and certification are non-refundable and non-transferable once processed.
Refunds are not provided for partial completion, missed sessions, or non-attendance.
In rare cases where a course is canceled by Foreign Trade Academy, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
For physical study materials or certificates included with a course, cancellation prior to dispatch is possible. Refunds, if any, will be processed after deducting any applicable courier or handling fees.
Return or replacement for physical products is available only for items damaged in transit or received incorrectly; contact support within 48 hours to request assistance.
All eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
